Blum has a great reputation in our industry. We pride ourselves in our ability to build and maintain great partnerships with each of our distributors. Have been partners with Richelieu Canada for 35 years and Richelieu USA for over 20 years. Additionally, we have maintained relationships with over 100 other distributors for 10 years or more.
Our new employee ramp-up training for a position like this requires us to invest a considerable amount of time and effort so we can be sure we are setting up a new hire for success. We like to follow logically sequenced building blocks, working from basics to more complex training sessions that span a considerable amount of time.
Most importantly, we encourage our employees to work well together rather than independently.
