Pros

Every employee is extremely friendly, and very welcoming even if they're working in a different department. The work/life balance is great! They provide all the necessary tools and information, in order to get the job done. The more senior employees make it clear they're willing to answer any questions, or help however they can.

Cons

No cons that I've seen!

Pros

BlytzPay is a startup with big potential. It’s a startup that’s trying to change the pay people pay their bills for their convenience/ security. The CEO is a big personality who won’t take no for an answer, cares about employees and results. Startups aren’t easy but I’m lucky to be around great people. The risk is worth the reward but be ready to work hard.

Cons

Unfortunately, BlytzPay made some mistakes in early hiring. There were bad apples who have tried and continue trying to poison the well because they lacked work ethic and personal morals/integrity. CTO is lazy and unengaged making it necessary for engineers to fill in the gaps with out much direction. Lots of wasted time cleaning up old employee mistakes.

Pros

Phenomenal startup culture that really pushes you to find your own stride and work towards the bigger picture. Tons of potential for growth and massive opportunity to make your own mark in the tech industry.

Cons

Some may feel this is a Con and others not so much, but being a startup sometimes the hours are long or not convenient. That's part of the gig in my opinion, you gotta pay to play. I wouldn't change it for anything.
