Pros

- Everyone here is passionate about the product, especially the CEO. It is definitely a product that will disrupt the FinTech industry. - Despite being a small startup where hard work is needed, all the leadership goes out of their way to make it a great place to work. (Stocked snack bar, frequent activities, and great equipment) - The development team has a high focus on professional development and everyone is willing to share knowledge if you ask for it - Best work/life balance of all the start ups I've worked at

Cons

- The only thing I can maybe say is that the benefits aren't the most amazing but for a start up they are really good. Better than all the other companies I've worked for... so its not really a con.

Pros

A supportive team from the top down. We have big incentives to grow quickly. They have recently hired great people to help leadership with the growing company.

Cons

Working for any startup has its cons. You have to be able to accept the risk that comes along with it. In time, the risk will pass as we grow.

Small company so you get to wear multiple hats. Also the Blytz Chocolates. Those chocolates were yummy!
