High pay for the work. Great relationships with colleagues. Flexible working hours. Many new skills to be learned around the office. Able to work at your own pace and manage yourself.

Cons

No healthcare benefits, no benefits at all. Random schedules that were changed with hardly a moments notice. Must be in contact all day. Days off required paperwork to be completed.
