      Consistent scheduling, hours, decent pay for newer people with little experience.

      Cons

      Management is poor, honestly think they are crooks. They think they are smarter and that your concerns mean little to them.

      No training. No advancement internal opportunities. More work given to employees for same pay. Yet laying off employees. No cross training to be able to advance to other positions.
