      Pros

      There is nothing positive about this company.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional management. Boiler room atmosphere and sales tactics. no employee freedom to excel at your job, its their way or the highway. Sales management and leadership was a joke. zero professionalism. No price integrity with their products. lead database is beat up, chewed up and asked to call again.

      Pros

      It looks like from all the "positive posts" that the HR department put their own reviews on here! Very easy hiring process compared to other companies. While they do make you do an initial drug screening I can guarantee that if they did a random screening of their current employees they would have too many positive results. The owner usually provides energy drinks once a week and pistachios.

      Cons

      The company has very little PTO offered, too many blackout dates around the holiday especially, they beat their database to death and are calling current customers every other week. They monitor with cameras throughout the building and I would not be surprised if its both audio and visual. If you have allergies DO NOT APPLY Many employees complain of mold in the building, very dusty/dirty and the CEO does bring his dog frequently, Also be aware that most employees have criminal and or addiction backgrounds
