      Pros

      I've been with the company for around six months. In that time I've really had nothing but positive experiences with management. They've gone above and beyond to make themselves available for input, feedback, and mentoring. There's a lot of positive energy in the executive team. Since being there, they've made a solid effort to make building improvements to accommodate some of the feedback they were getting from staff. Overall, I feel there is a genuine interest in making this a place people can build their careers at.

      Cons

      There are some further building / furniture improvements that could be made. Additionally, the company offers fewer vacation days than most.

      Great Work Environment & Family Atmosphere

      Pros

      I have worked here for many years and have watched the company grow from under 50 people to, now, almost 100. I have grown from an entry level position to management. I love the family atmosphere and the laid back work environment. Although there are a lot of folks here, you get to know everyone and their stories. I enjoy coming to work every day and I can say that is all that I am asking for in a career. We have monthly BBQs, Annual Picnics, Holiday Parties including Halloween and Thanksgiving Potlucks and all kinds of events. There have also been some great changes geared to growing as a larger company, including eliminating some of the negative bad apples that were here. The new hires and the staff that has been here (now more motivated than ever) have been filled with positive energy and it has really made an impact on how fast we are moving as a whole now. Looking forward to even better things to come.

      Cons

      The benefits have gotten much, much better but it would be nice if they were lower in cost for family plans.

      Great Company

      Pros

      I enjoy working at this company, I like my manager and the other people on my team. The stability of this company is very good. There is room for growth and it has allowed for advancements. It is a fun environment and we have monthly meetings and barbeques. There are also games and prize incentives for all of the departments. I really like the team atmosphere. It is rewarding to work at a place where you not only feel appreciated but part of a family. There have been some good changes recently and it is helping with the growth of the company and employees.

      Cons

      In the past there have been some negative people. There was a girl in the marketing department that spent a lot of time causing problems and sabotaging not only my department but other departments as well. Fortunately she is no longer here and things are running much better now. The negativity that has happened in the past is not being tolerated, so that helps a lot too.
