      Pros

      I enjoy working at this company, I like my manager and the other people on my team. The stability of this company is very good. There is room for growth and it has allowed for advancements. It is a fun environment and we have monthly meetings and barbeques. There are also games and prize incentives for all of the departments. I really like the team atmosphere. It is rewarding to work at a place where you not only feel appreciated but part of a family. There have been some good changes recently and it is helping with the growth of the company and employees.

      Cons

      In the past there have been some negative people. There was a girl in the marketing department that spent a lot of time causing problems and sabotaging not only my department but other departments as well. Fortunately she is no longer here and things are running much better now. The negativity that has happened in the past is not being tolerated, so that helps a lot too.

      Pros

      BobCAD-CAM allows you to learn all of the amazing skills it takes to be a manufacturing professional. While we provide CAD/CAM software to CNC users, there is such a mix of learning of working at a software company as well as learning the manufacturing trade to be able to offer best-in-class service to our customers!

      Cons

      BobCAD-CAM is a smaller company itself but owned by Harris Computer so we have all the great benefits of a large company. Because of the small size growth within the company can be difficult after you have found your role you fit best.
