      Great Work Environment & Family Atmosphere

      Pros

      I have worked here for many years and have watched the company grow from under 50 people to, now, almost 100. I have grown from an entry level position to management. I love the family atmosphere and the laid back work environment. Although there are a lot of folks here, you get to know everyone and their stories. I enjoy coming to work every day and I can say that is all that I am asking for in a career. We have monthly BBQs, Annual Picnics, Holiday Parties including Halloween and Thanksgiving Potlucks and all kinds of events. There have also been some great changes geared to growing as a larger company, including eliminating some of the negative bad apples that were here. The new hires and the staff that has been here (now more motivated than ever) have been filled with positive energy and it has really made an impact on how fast we are moving as a whole now. Looking forward to even better things to come.

      Cons

      The benefits have gotten much, much better but it would be nice if they were lower in cost for family plans.

      Company Heading for Greatness

      Pros

      I have been apart of the team for over a year now and have advanced in the company twice. The support is there for the opportunity to do so. I am watching a company grow into something great. There is the ability to be a free thinker here and that is looked highly upon.

      Cons

      Just like any other company that is in a growing phase, growing pains are to be expected. They need additional qualified individuals in certain departments, but I am watching that happen slowly but surely.

      Pros

      Working at BobCAd has been such a pleasure. I love what I do and I enjoy the people I work with. The one thing I love the most is "the Challenge" and the "accountability" that I am responsible for. I have an Awesome Executive team that I work with who allow me to show my work ethics without being micro managed. The pay is fair and there is always room to Grow and make more money!!!!

      Cons

      I wish they were located closer to my house. However, I wouldn't be surprised if that were to happen in the near future. We have a VISION in place that can definitely make my wish come true!!!! Stay tuned GREATER IS COMING....
