Pros

This Hilton managed property is one on the company largest and most profitable resorts, and was recently purchased by MSD, a large tech conglomerate that also has luxury hotels in their portfolio. Servers make GREAT money

Cons

Long hours and very, VERY SLOW, off season. But in-season services makes up for this slow down in business.

Looks great on a resume, good benefits, Hilton is a great company, not sure if this property is part of Hilton, though

Cons

very low pay, far too many incompetent, self-serving "managers", trip over a dollar to pick up a dime, does not uphold Hilton standards, keep all positive thoughts and ideas to yourself, otherwise you are perceived as a threat to the 'leaders'
