%50 on Hotels, other hotels are better, Lucca is the best but that is those are the only pro. For people who is wishing to get a job, your going to get get paid slave wages

Cons

Everyone in management will talk down at you and make you feel like a slave. They play favorite and let you know that you will not advance. You will not grow or develop any new skill that will help you for your future.
