It is disorganized and very challenging in getting promoted and/or moving laterally within the property.

The view of the beach and getting a tan from working outside

Cons

Horrible treatment by snooty guests (treated like a peasant/servant) to the most ungrateful millionaires, horrible pay make sure to keep a close eye what you should be making vs what you get paid because they will steal money from you (CEO had a lawsuit filed against him in the past for these exact reasons look it up)
