The Boca Resort is like having an extended family of 1000ppl. Everyone treats each other with respect and help each other out no matter what department you work for... The HR team have various programs to help team members with education and personal issues... I can truly say I love this place.

Cons

to me the only down side we may have is when the resort is slow and team members don't get the amount of hours but they try to encourage the staff to hold on to their PTO/VAC for those times that you may not have your full scheduled hours....
