training from other skincare reps, that is about it.

Cons

This was the most unsanitary spa I ever worked in. Most of the estheticians didn't care about sanitation!. Some would be on their phones texting while giving a treatment, and then brag about it later to say they weren't "breaking their hands for this job". You can tell the lack of education and outdated techniques are due to poor education (state of Florida) and management. DO NOT work here.

Awesome pay, tips were great as prices there are through the roof.

Cons

The members there pay 40k a year just to get their foot in the door so they expect A LOT from the service members. I've worked in restaurants for years and have never seen entitlement like this...I get it, but be prepared to be treated as less than human.
