Pros

Most of the people I work with are nice and are very helpful when you need to know something. Part time employees get benefits such as dental, vision, and some insurance. Free or discounted meals are a plus.

Cons

Management is confusing...not exactly sure who is who as far as manager, asst manager, and so on because everyone is saying something different. If you are the biscuit maker for the day you don't get a break. Being the biscuit maker is a very tiring and strenuous job (especially if you have tendonitis and back problems).

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, they do genuinly care about their employees. I'm not sure what else to write to fill up the twenty words.

Cons

Somewhat poor working conditions, workers are of low quality so the conditions are poor and predictable. It is what it is, fast food.
