Pros

Can select your days that you would like to go there & be able to sub in often for others if you would like some extra $.

Cons

Have you do a ton of work while at the studio, you don’t really have time to get a break while there if you want to get everything done.

This was my first job and I have never felt such an amazing work environment and experienced such loving coworkers and bosses. The bosses genuinely want to form relationships with their employees and offer more responsibilities throughout your career. The owners of the Petaluma studio go above and beyond for their employees and are always extremely kind, loving, and caring. The owners are very understanding and love establishing relationships in the community. Caring for their clients and their employees is obviously a priority to them! It never feels like a money grab and they are always willing to discuss any discrepancies. They have such great values and genuinely seek to make the community a better place, and example of this is their weekly free community classes. I absolutely loved this job and it is in the heart of Petaluma. I highly recommend!
