Decent benefits, rotating weekends, overtime

Cons

Terrible managers! Terrible management! Treat their workers like slaves, they don’t care about our health or well being, as long as they make more money. The managers/supervisors are unprofessional and there is a lot of nepotism in this company. Upper management hires their friends and family members and give them advantages over other better qualified workers. The supervisors are so bad at their jobs, they have no empathy, low morale. Professionalism is out the door, they hire anyone with a pulse!

Pros

Very few pros that I can think of. It was a job.

Cons

Salaries are lower, they expect you to love the "Family" atmosphere and stay. The less talented folks fit right in. Great talent moves on quickly. Odd obsession with the family. Like you are suppose to worship even as they routinely cut and lay people off. Strange.
