There is nothing positive to say about this group. Run.

Cons

Team leads are young and clueless. They do not listen to people. Team lost important equipment during a trip they laughed about it as a group. Managers do not acknowledge people in the group meaning they do not talk to you, ignore you, unless they are about to fire you.Make you feel uncomfortable not very welcoming.
