Pros

The benefits and tuition reimbursement programs. They have a various assortment of health insurance plans depending on if and how much you want deducted from your paycheck. Vision and dental is included. Their Learning together program offers full tuition reimbursement and you are encouraged to pursue advanced degrees, and are awarded upon completion of these degrees. The same goes for professional certifications.

Cons

In order to reach certain level promotions, you have to rotate three times. This encourages people to be constantly moving, and not taking the time to learn what you are doing. People are always looking towards there next move, and it can be difficult always having to work with somebody that is just learning their job.

Pros

Good pay and benefits - great place to work if you have family in upper Management.

Cons

In my department, Facilities, there is a lot of favoritism and nepotism, among the Management. Childhood friends are protected despite overwhelming evidence of poor performance. There are very talented people who go nowhere with their careers due to politics, and I believe the organization has suffered as a result. We have a lot of Managers who are the children of former or current Boeing upper Management.

Pros

Benefits, pay and work life are outstanding Management allows the range of decision making to be effective. They stand up for their employees and promote career development to their own detriment. That is there arent many promotions available and I think if I want to advance I need to look elsewhere someday which is not going to be pleasant. Otherwise it is anoutstanding company i am not on the aircraft side and cannot speak for them

Cons

Too much sensitivity towards diversity. Too much trainnig with a political correctness bent to it. Sensitivity does not get the job donee. I see a lot of incompetant individuals hired for their color and gender.
