Here at Boeing we don’t care about work quality as long as it gets done!.. In a few years.. you know what, longer is better, we’re just collecting a paycheck too. This place is the prime example of people just collecting a paycheck. Majority C players, and the company runs like it. You can literally show up and do nothing all day and no one will care. Especially not your manager, because you probably haven’t found them yet.
