Work isn't too crazy, 8 hours a day and you're done.

Cons

Only get to work on a small amount of stuff. Only one specialty and that's it.

Pros

Boeing provides good medical and dental benefits, good pay, flexible work hours, and are very supportive of the military (I am in the Army Reserves). Speea represented employees have a bonus program which the IAM does not offer.

Cons

Mandatory to join the union, layoff potentials and Speea represented new hires no longer have a pension program, that was voted out during the 2013 contract negotiations
