Pros

What can I say that’s pros about this company? There’s a handful of good people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Who actually want the same goals and improvements but also get shutdown by the toxic, bureaucracy and mentality of how they operate all these years. It’s a rare group of individuals that truly show more care about the product they help create and want to do the right thing. Not gonna lie and they like to promote their medical insurance because it is the lowest you’ll ever see but it’s not worth it, definitely when they pay you lower and stress you out to make you do uncomfortable task that feel unethical and question your morals just to meet deadlines and they can receive their big bonus checks One other thing is the tuition assistance. It’s actually not bad. They’ll pay for as many degrees as you want long as it’s within your field and you stay with them. They also will let you pay for your dependence tuition and reimburse you through the 401(k)

Cons

This company demonstrates a profound lack of comprehension regarding the fundamental principles of driving quality and implementing lean manufacturing strategies. Compensation is significantly lower and manipulated to offer less without considering competitive opportunities within the same industry, local area, and other states. Promotions are arduous and often involve taking on responsibilities and tasks of the next higher level before proper consideration for promotion. End-of-year reviews are ineffective because they do not allow employees to input completed projects, accomplishments, and collaborations that have had a positive impact on the company and colleagues. This hinders any potential increase in merit raises. The average raise is 2%, while the highest raise is 5%, which is significantly lower than what other companies offer, which can reach up to 10%. Additionally, end-of-year reviews do not include input for completed objectives, which can be beneficial for merit raises.
