Pros

Fellow employees are great to work with. Warm and friendly

Cons

Some employees were not wiling to help when questions need to be asked. Management needs to know employees jobs. Training was horrible, given 8 days of training and let work on your own. Do better

Pros

Good involvement in local business

Cons

Really. Tough place to succeed. Tools aren’t there for sales, “go knock on doors and hope to win on price or the perceived value of your relationship. Also have them order online.
