Very welcoming group. Reward those that are driven and provide a wealth of opportunity to enhance internal procedures, grow volume and make a name for yourself. Have a straightforward vision with room to grow. It feels like as an employee you can and are making a difference. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Can be old hat at times with some individuals. "This has worked for me in the past" which may be true but can have more open mindedness. SOP incorporation needed.
