Pros

Everyone at Boelter has been extremely helpful and supportive since I joined the team. I can't even count the number of people who welcomed me and offered to help with anything I needed. My onboarding process was extremely thorough and I was introduced to the entire team and met with the leadership of every department to gain an understanding of their roles and how the organization connects and works together. The people are definitely one of the Pros of working at Boelter. Its great to be part of an organization made up of so many talented and experienced people. One of the things I value most is the culture, hard work is expected as it should be but there is also flexibility and consideration for people's individual needs when they need to take care of themselves and their families. I frequently hear Executive Leadership thanking people for their efforts and I see decisions made that put people over profits. There are many Pros to working at Boelter and I am very happy and grateful to be part of the team!

Cons

I would say an opportunity for improvement would be having technology to better provide data analysis, reporting and management. It can sometimes be challenging to access data quickly. However, technology enhancements are a major focus at Boelter and I see this improving in the near future. Another would be health plan costs which every company is challenged by.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe in our amazing leadership team that works incredibly hard for our associates and our company! We also understand there is always room for improvement and are in the process of improving our semi-annual reviews to incorporate more associate feedback and job development opportunities. We are also in the process of launching an employee engagement survey to capture feedback from our associates so we can continue to improve on the areas that mean the most to them.
