My immediate team of co-workers were great. Fun, but hardworking. My immediate bosses was amazing and understanding.

Cons

Covid & Post-covid the Owners and Upper management of this "Family Business" only care about Their bottom line. They over-burden, over-work, under-pay, and under-appreciate the smartest and the hardest workers. The pressure on the positive people caused several off us to quit because of the Punish Everything attitude they have taken now.

We appreciate your feedback. We strive to be a flexible and adaptable organization but recognize some of those changes can be hard to understand as an associate. One of our top goals of this year is advancement in our technology capabilities to remove roadblocks and enhance efficiencies for our associates to get things done in a more productive manner. We are also regularly reviewing bandwidth and hiring associates in departments to support and ensure our associates are not overburdened by our increase in business and customer needs.

Pros

Boelter is a great place to work! There are monthly engagement events, and many proactive initiatives to encourage continuous improvement within all levels of the organization. Boelter also high encourages and supports career advancement and internal promotions. Recently, Boelter has begun an internship program which has allowed college students to gain professional experience within the food and beverage industry, aligned with their majors and fields of study! I absolutely love the team, the leadership, and the environment!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the need for continuous improvement related to cross-functional teamwork and better alignment between departments, which is something Boelter is currently working to improve as part of their proactive initiatives.

-Good reviews on here are very suspicious. -Applied to work here, they lowballed IT tech salary (which isn't huge to start with.) -Applicants required to submit "Predictive Survey" during interview process. These don't work and do nothing but alienate prospective employees from the word go. -I don't know any IT professionals that would submit to one of these surveys, and especially not right now when IT workers can demand a premium. -Working here was a hard pass for me.
