Pros

Great benefits! There is genuine care for the employees by the CEO and COO. They know everyone in the company on a first name basis. The company is growing in great directions, and has a bright future. There is a small company feel, and it is very employee-centric.

Cons

There are no complaints that I have with working for Bogart Associates. No workplace is perfect, but I think that they get it pretty close! Because most work is onsite, not everyone has the same experience or environment.

Pros

Small company that allows for many training opportunities. Benefits are good and the President is engaged with all employees.

Cons

Mid level managers and PMs were often not engaged. All work is with one on site customer, so there is little interaction with the office.
