Pros

Treats there employees like its customers, provides opportunities for growth in career with encouraged technical training for career growth, excellent benefits 4 weeks PTO+ and medical that is mostly covered by company. Provides direction to get you to the next level.

Cons

I have not found any to which i feel would rate being called a Con.

Pros

Ms. Bogart is a hands-on employer who worked as a software professional in the environment in which she's built the company. She is very aware of the challenges of working for the client. You couldn't ask for a better or more supportive management team. If you are looking for a place that is NOT a body shop, this is a good place to work. They are pretty stable, and very supportive.

Cons

Bogart Associates basically provides staffing support for a single client on several similar contracts. Employees are not located at the company's hq but generally onsite.
