flexible hours, meeting new people, able to learn different skills

lifting heavy objects, getting burned, can get busy (need speed), sometimes have to deal with difficult customers

Pros

Growing and established company with proven methods. If you can accept the constant schedule changes you probably have a secure future. You will not get bored if you like to stay busy.

Cons

Management is not flexible an will not change methods because most of what they do makes money and works, so they think that everything they do is right. They usually don't have enough product made, afraid of waste, to make their model work at peak performance. Then you look bad because you have not completed orders fast enough.

Very hard work and long hours, but great pay

Great pay for management Monthly bonus potential Weekly pay Expediated growth potential for qualified individuals Salaried for management Great training program= 3 months of training for management and the pay is almost the exact amount you get as a salaried manager after training

Cons

Management works between 50-60 hrs/week Very physically demanding Rough hours, such as working a 2 pm shift and not getting home until 1 am Tough for families to have time together
