Pros
-Great management and crew -Great work experience -Will push you outside of your comfort zone -Motivates you to stay in school and get a real job
Cons
-Very exhausting and draining job, especially for a college student or people involved in any other outside activities. -Very high, unobtainable expectations of crew members -Lots and lots of energy needed (all you have and then some) -Extensive list of to-dos before closing, esp. for frontline, which can be impossible to master and complete before closing. Often saw crew members cutting corners to make it obtainable. -Not enough pay for all the work and energy invested -Not enough hours to make a living (28 or less for everyone)
