Bojangles' Front Line/Cashier reviews

Customers had plenty of attitude to pile onto the attitudes of the managers who felt they were "special" because of their title. Half of the lower level managers were rude & disrespectful. When it came time to be evaluated in order to consider my raise, my Mgr. was too lazy to do so. He sat in the office complaining about how times weren't being kept down, yet seldom left his office in order to help when help was needed. The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been. I did not receive breaks as often as I should have. Managers were unprofessional. I would never work for this place again.

Well, to be honest I don't really have a clune because I just don't know what to say. But the cashiers could use a like work on their communication and servitude.
