Great place to work. Food is Awesome, Customers are great, and the company continues to grow and expand because of great service and good food.

Cons

Because of the amazing growth, The Management and crew training leaves much to be desired. The company has not changed it menu in the last 30 yrs, which has proven successful, However, The selection process and training of these new managers has changed. With Growth, Comes greater responsibility.

Great discount, paid breaks, vacation time after a year, and reward programs called Bo Stars.

Cons

Wages and hours are generally low, only certain people are allowed to be full time, and lots of gossip.

Cons

Stressful job sometimes Often very conflicting procedure. (Ex. Mix cabbage and coleslaw dressing in container then let sit in cooler for 4 hours but do not leave coleslaw in coolers)
