Decent pay, raise within 6 months, great customers

Cons

High employee turnover rate, upper management dosnt know how to do her job, no lunch break unless you ask for it, forced to work game day weekends, if you don't smoke you don't get a break, had to work thanksgiving, kitchen employees cant the sandwiches properly

Decent vacation package, Can be a good job of the store is taken care of.

Cons

Area directors like to promote people who are not ready for the position. Once promoted Area Directors like to disappear and not help. Treat the management staff like they are work horses. Ungrateful for the ones who put in a lot of work. Area directors get mad when they are called on their off time, but do not to hesitate to call us on our off time.
