Pay was okay. That is about it. Uh, free food... made friends. Got management experience. Learned how to make chicken. .

Cons

Don't care about employees. They run off the good employees so if you want a raise or job security by being awful and letting other pick up your slack, than this is the job for you!! Like being touched inappropriately ? Want a boss who don't care? Bojangles of wnc is your place! Awful managers who play favorites. I was a Manger who stood up against all this bull crap and was told I'd be fired if I said anything. Also they will threaten others jobs so they'll talk bad about you so they can find something to get you in trouble.

A lot of regulars come, so once you get the register all you have to do is remember the people.

Cons

There is A Lot of yelling. One of the worst places ever to work. Some people stand around doing nothing. Hours are always changing.
