-Decent pay -Flexibility on schedules -Free food

Cons

-Working several hours without reasonable breaks -Rude customers on a daily basis -Training was non-existent -Working ridiculous hours of the night (school nights included) -Mangers had really bad attitudes -Burns all over my arms from lack of safety emphasis

It is a good learning experience.

Cons

It is fast food and you have to deal with a lot of rude customers. You have to learn to get something done right and get it done fast. You make minimum wage just to get treated poorly. People go in and out all the time, so we're short staffed a lot and are expected to do other people's jobs.
