Pros

Co workers and Managers got along very well. We were like another family. Get paid every week. Good part time job. You can't work over 28 hrs per week unless your a shift manager or higher.

Cons

Drive THUR can go wrong if there is not enough food the customer ordered. Or if the wait is too long. Also Drive THUR had a lot of issues with the speaker and customers hearing us speak. You don't get paid extra on Holidays, only on Thanksgiving or Christmas. But Bojangles didn't open on Christmas 2013. You DON'T get paid extra on 4th of July. Many new employees quit quickly, which causes issues with schedule. When you have an 8hr shift, sometimes you don't get a break. On Hot Summer days, our work area can get really hot. After getting out of work, you are strongly smell like grease.

Cons

General manager has too much paperwork too do. They keep piling it on the general manager.

Cons

will work you to death for only 7.25/hr and has no concern for your well-being. If their is an Ice storm and the lights are out you better find a way to work or that's a write up.
