got to meet new people and got to work with some cool managers

Cons

rules about no handbags and book bags sucked as some of people are in school and do there homework when the are on break and some of the people walk to and from work and carry a small umbrella or a raincoat and the handbags are for when the women have there monthlies in them or as myself my sugar tester and meds in one

As a Crew Member you had several duties even though they have you stationed at one specific location within the store.

They were flexible on hours, since I was working two jobs. They would work around my other jobs schedule.

Cons

Management was never on one accordance. As a former employee I noticed how you could tell one manager information and they wouldn't relay to other managers to inform them.

Looking for reasons to not pay promised bonuses Will not share P&Ls or even budgets, however expect one to "magically know" what to do Protect and retain those who have been accused of sexual harassment by simply relocating to another location
