great company to work for but not location -- this new location is not very good tasting food at all their sausage biscuits not cooked and their tea wow $2.09 for 32 oz large ripoff cause come on down road to bristol tn another bojangles and see great tasting food and .99 cent tea 32 oz all the time so i do not reccomend stopping by this piney flatts location worsest i ever tried. thank you

Pros

You get your paycheck on a weekly basis. I always calculated my hours vs. my checks, and they were always perfect. Also, the regulars are very nice. My hiring manager was extremely diligent in training & doing her job.

Cons

Customers had plenty of attitude to pile onto the attitudes of the managers who felt they were "special" because of their title. Half of the lower level managers were rude & disrespectful. When it came time to be evaluated in order to consider my raise, my Mgr. was too lazy to do so. He sat in the office complaining about how times weren't being kept down, yet seldom left his office in order to help when help was needed. The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been. I did not receive breaks as often as I should have. Managers were unprofessional. I would never work for this place again.
