Pros

Growing company, Great people at the support center. This company has so much potential and could be a great one to work for.

Cons

Low pay no matter what your experience level. Promotes those with poor leadership skills. Mgt turnover is ridiculous. Employee feedback is not encouraged or desired. Stops short of becoming a hostile work environment.

Over time the employees seem like family, great if you love socializing with all types of people, and the weekly pay.

Cons

Managers are not good at training unless something starts to go wrong, the pay is very S H I T T Y, some customers are very rude.
