Good health care benefits. Pays for you, spouse and all kids. If you are working for a busy store time flies.

Cons

Long hours, they tell you 50 hour work week when it's really 60-70 hours for co-manager, 70-85 hours for Unit Director. You have to take work home, can make you come in on your days off without pay, get calls all the times. No quality of life. Commission is very low even when you hit all the numbers. Extremely hard job with high stress level. Job demands you to take work home or come in on your day off without pay. Very rude upper management, lack of respect for all level of employees.

Summer job and got free food on breaks! And you did get paid every week that was pretty nice compared to other places like that.

Cons

Horrible customers and managers that exploit poor high school and summer college kids. Absolutely no room for advancement as the managers just worried about making money for the day.
