The company is a global business

Cons

Lots of talk about psychological safety but it’s not actually lived. All talk no action. The HR team is passive aggressive. The CEO is arrogant. Not a friendly place to work.

Great investment in people, good salaries, nice office.

Cons

Extremely ruthless, aggressive managers who do not listen and do not have the right experience. No work life balance as people are expected to word 7 days a week. No personal/professional boundaries.
