For Your Sanity, Work Elsewhere. Good For a Bit But NO FUTURE HERE

Plenty to do as the work was there.

Cons

Upper management oblivious to personnel needs. Changes came swift without normal consideration to the impact on current employees. Management micro-managed more than at any company I have ever worked at to the detriment of getting things done effectively.

CEO of the division, Scott Drossos, is an empty suit (or blue blazer) Strategic execution of product is lacking Middle management cannot be trusted Layoffs due to sunk cost and pre-acquisition transactions such as the CEO buying his friend’s company and then hiring those same people as senior management
