Pros - Big Company, so you know it's not disappearing tomorrow - You know you are working on a cool product (private jets)

Cons

Cons Management Does Not care! -They ask you to do things to waste your time, - huge bureaucracy, - keep on having the same problems, with no will to fix them - Sales driven organization where you have to suck up and do stupid things to appease little islands of power. - tons of contradictions - lack of technical methodologies and basic resources for doing decent engineering work.

Easy to change job and opportunities await for you if you're willingly to relocate. Project nature of the business imply downsides.

Cons

People competency is more on the hardcore engineering. Leadership and other skills are not truly valued. Networked company, engineered centered and low space for imagination or experimentation. can be frustrating if you expect your idea on how to do new things to be accepted easily

Cons

Underestimated the amount of politics, need to be sucking or being sucked. Can never understand and being understood.
