Most of the people are great to work for and since the Pittsburgh office is rather small, it takes on somewhat of a family atmosphere. New management team is strong

Cons

Older managers (left over from previous years) are very weak and out of touch. Too much finger pointing and not enough team work to solve the problem. Always reacting instead of looking ahead and getting out of the fire fighting.
