      Support for con ed. Great access to equipment. Supportive coworkers. Good health insurance/benefits. Short time to eligibility for benefits.

      Cons

      Overbearing management. Treated as outsider for having different treatment philosophy. High pressure on billing and productivity. Dual documentation system with Epic plus written flow sheets. Encouraged to treat patients outside of scope of practice/patient population of knowledge. Cared more about condensing schedules to send providers home and save money then keeping patients on a consistent therapist.
