The team I work with is very close knit and very helpful to one another. It does not seem to be a competition at all! Everyone wants to see each other succeed for the good of the team!

Working remotely can be a challenge but you still get to interact a lot with your team members

If you have the right team on your floor it can be a wonderful experience. It was challenging and rewarding. I learned a lot while working here.

Cons

Sometimes hospital admin expects too much. Can be stressful if your floor is understaffed. Could pay more for the amount of work and expectations.
