      Everything. The pay is low. Benefits suck. Horrible management. Alot of favoritism from management and discipline isn't given fairly and equally. Now they are planning to hire people without medical assistant education or credentials to be trained by medical assistants on the job and paid the same as the credentialed MAs. I was treated differently after taking FMLA.

      Flexible PTO, Nice office space.

      Cons

      Brutal bureaucracy, and a general lack of direction. The company doesn't have a strategic plan and that lack of direction flows down all the major teams.
