The Sisters of Bon Secours were the most caring individuals any employee could have as employers. Treated you as a valued member of their company. Had set values and ran their company keeping them in mind. Cared about people. All people. Great benefits. Developed employees and helped them to grow into other roles or grow the role they were in. The pay was fair. You felt respected. You felt the religious importance.

Cons

The Merger with Mercy Health in Cincinnati OH. A religious-based organization should never be so focused on the bottom line, but the community we are serving. The dismantling of what was once a wonderful company to work for. Always on the top 100 list of best employers.
