      Pros

      Great organization whose mission and values fit with mine. Incredible support from management, staff and coworkers. Office manager is exceptional and checks in with staff every day. Staff are friendly, work as a team, and are committed to patient care. Compensation and benefits package are excellent. Most importantly, the organization adheres to its values and commitments.

      The process from signing a contract to starting employment was lengthy.
