Free food/drinks every day, grubhub on the weekends, great coworkers who love what they do

Cons

Corporate is very much not on the same level as clinics and push things that are not great on clinic level or for morale. They changed the ladder so there's very little room for upward growth and did so without much warning to the current leads who got demoted.
